Annette Hassink,

Annette is a cross-cultural business trainer and a certified leadership coach. After enjoying successful careers in media, management development and education in France and Germany, Annette immigrated to Canada in 2004 and joined CEA Investment Corp.
When working in the Department for Executive Management Development
of Daimler Chrysler, she designed cross-cultural training
sessions for European and American executives. She also organized
workshops and conferences to improve the intercultural awareness
of managers. Furthermore, Annette gained a comprehensive experience
in international film editing and production during her assignment
for the ARD (Germany's First Public Television).
Annette holds a Masters Degree from the Sorbonne University
in Paris as well as a Masters Degree in Media, Communication
and Cultural Studies from a joint program at the Universities
of Dijon (France) and Kassel (Germany). She is fluent in German,
French and English.
Omer Esen,
P.Eng.
Proven track record with public and private companies for
over 35 years in Canada, USA and UK. Has been in executive
management for 20 years with world-class North American corporations.
Areas of expertise extend into design and implementation of
manufacturing business systems, direct-cost control/containment,
team building, industrial engineering, R&D as well as
strategic planing and joint venture operations. Managed the
installation of ISO and QS quality systems and facilitated
related certifications. Successfully moved large operations,
recruited hundreds of professional and technical staff. Maintains
close links with academia and industry by serving on advisory
councils as well as boards of directors.
Omer earned his engineering degree from Faraday House Engineering
College in London England and Business Management Diploma
from University of British Columbia. He enjoys dual Canadian

Nicolas Maftei,

at IBM France and IBM Canada, and a successful computer systems
consulting practice during the last decade. Recognized expert
in integrated archives management systems, traditional and
electronic records management, business process automation,
and Internet applications. Experienced with managing large
and complex projects for government and private organizations
in Canada, the US, the Caribbean and Hong Kong. Nicolas holds
dual Canadian and French citizenship.
